REFUND POLICY

Majority of QUOD collection is hand-tailored using couture and semi-couture techniques and finishes. All QUOD orders are produced on-demand, as and when a purchase is made (be it wholesale, or direct-to-customer). All this allows us to remain a personal, small-batch, and sustainable brand as much as possible. This also means it may take anywhere between 3-10 working days for your purchase to be shipped out of our studio in New Delhi or New York.

We treat ease of wear and comfort in fit with utmost importance and consider it to be an important part of who we are. Therefore we are happy to provide alterations for all of our garments. The fee for alterations is subject to change and will be provided upon request. For all inquiries relating to this matter, please contact on info@quodnewyork.com

Repairs are approved on a case by case basis. If you have a garment that needs mending/repairs, please forward your inquiry to info@quodnewyork.com

Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are not able to assist you. Due to the produced-on-demand nature of our products, all returns are eligible for a store credit only. We do not refund or exchange, and all store credits are eligible for a period of 5 years from the date of approval of such a request. Kindly note all items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to our studio, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. 

 To return an item, please email info@quodnewyork.com and include: 

  1. Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email address on the order
  4. Your request

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please email info@quodnewyork.com and include:

  1. Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email address on the order
  4. Your request
  5. A photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item

The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to best help you with your return, and eliminate errors in the future.

Once your return is authorized and the product is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then kindly contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@quodnewyork.com and we will promptly look into this for you.

Only items that are in standard sizes, are eligible for returns. Unfortunately all customized items are considered as final sale. 

Only regular priced items are eligible for returns. Unfortunately all sale items are considered as final sale.

All QUOD-OF-A-KIND items are considered as final sale and are not eligible for returns.

We currently do not make exchanges. You will have to go through the return process and order a new product afterwards.
