REFUND POLICY
Most QUOD pieces are hand-tailored using couture and semi-couture techniques.
Each order—whether placed by a direct customer or a retail partner—is produced on-demand, only after a purchase is made. This approach allows us to remain intentionally small-batch, personal, and as sustainable as possible. Please note: because of this made-to-order process, it may take 5–12 working days for your order to be shipped from our studio in New Delhi.
At QUOD, comfort in fit, ease of wear, and longevity of wear are core to our design philosophy. We offer lifetime basic alterations free of charge on every purchase. Customers are responsible for two-way shipping costs, and the brand reserves the right to define what qualifies as a basic versus a technical alteration. Technical alterations, where applicable, will be evaluated and billed on a case-by-case basis. We also offer repairs, which are billed based on the specific requirement and assessed individually. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, a store credit may be issued at the brand’s discretion after review. To report an issue, email info@quodnewyork.com with your order number, name and email used for the order, along with a brief description of the issue and a clear photo highlighting it. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Customers are responsible for two-way shipping costs. If approved, a store credit valid for 6 months will be issued.
