All orders are shipped from our studio in New Delhi or New York using network partners. Shipping is free on all domestic prepaid orders, while nominal shipping charges apply on all domestic COD orders. There is no COD option available on international orders and shipping charges apply at cost on all such orders.

Once your order is shipped, we will mail you the tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. The orders that have been processed and shipped can then be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website.

We accept all major Debit and Credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), and Net Banking transactions across all major banks. COD service is available across all cities in India.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package a few times before they return it to us. Please provide your complete and accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster and hassle-free

All international taxes, customs and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. If a recipient refuses to pay the taxes, customs or import duties, the parcel will be abandoned and will not be eligible for store credit or refund.
