QUOD AT VOGUE FORCES OF FASHION, THE EXHIBIT 2025

Displayed at Vogue Forces of Fashion The Exhibit from Sept 16– Sept 20 at Nilaya Anthology, Binsar is an installation that repositions the dialogue between architecture and fashion by pivoting from the monumental and the structural, towards a more sculptural and organic reading. Instead of rigid geometry, it references nature as the first and most enduring architect, where trees, roots and branches compose networks that are at once chaotic and harmonious.

The ensemble is articulated in two parts. The skirt, recalling the folds of a mother’s sari, becomes a metaphor for shelter and protection. The shirt, with its proliferation of sleeves, extends this metaphor into the realm of multiplicity, symbolising a mother’s ability to navigate many roles simultaneously.

By framing architecture not as an act of building, but as an act of nurturing, the work suggests an alternative understanding of silhouette—where form is sustained not by structure alone, but also by the intangible architectures of care, resilience and memory.
